P-105 can be used to prevent shrinkage and breakage of stretch Lycra yarn in spandex stretch fabrics, especially in elastic denim.

With excellent adhesion, it can penetrate inside the fiber. It can better play the role of fixed protection and anti-slip effect, and maintain the elasticity of the fabric; in addition, when used for soft fabrics, it can stop the displacement between fibers and improve the drape.
It can be applied to regenerated cellulose fiber, high-moisture modulus viscose fiber, polyester fiber, nylon fiber, cotton blends and other fiber products to achieve excellent anti-slip effect.
It can be used not only for the pre-treatment of undyed white stretch fabrics, but also in the process of desizing, enzyme washing (cellulase), chlorine bleaching or resin finishing of denim garments to prevent the loss of elasticity and strength of stretch fabrics.
This product is environmentally friendly, does not contain Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APEOs) , formaldehyde, VOC and other toxic and harmful substances. It has passed the OEKO-TEX®certification.
This product has good stability. It is resistant to acids and alkalis and electrolytes. And can be used with acid enzyme and neutral enzyme in the process.
Add 0.5-1 g/L Spandex protector P-105 to the water for 5 minutes at 30-95°C before desizing, and then desize normally without draining, to protect the spandex elasticity.
First add 0.5-1 g / L P-105 in water under the temperature 30-70°C, stir 5 minutes, do not drain, and then go to desize ,enzyme washing,bleach treatment.
First add 0.5-1 g / L spandex protectant P-105 in water under the temperature 30-95°C, stir 5 minutes, do not drain ,then dye directly.
THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE ADDED IN ADVANCE BEFORE EACH PROCESS TO MAKE SURE THE FABRIC ABSORB IT EVENLY , THEN ADD OTHER ADDITIVES TO GO TO NEXT PROCESS.
This product is non-toxic and non-dangerous, sealed and stored in a cool, airtight place. shelf life : 12 months below 40°C
