Desizing enzyme

I. Overview:
The use of enzyme desizing can remove starch-containing size without damaging the texture of the fabric. It is mainly used for textile desizing, especially for the desizing process of silk and chemical fiber cotton wool fabrics that are not resistant to high temperature. Decomposing starch with this product has the advantages of simple operation process, low cost, no damage to fibers, reduced chemical consumption, no pollution, medium temperature treatment and energy saving.

2. Indicators:
PH: 5.5-7.0 is relatively stable, PH: 6.0-6.5. The action temperature is between 45°C and 85°C, suitable for the desizing process at a temperature not higher than 90°C.

3. Description:
The production process conditions are different due to the different local water quality, slurry composition and fabric type. In actual use, the user is requested to verify the appropriate dosage and conditions according to the experiment to adapt to the user's proposed process and use. For heavy fabrics, it is recommended to add 0.5g/L non-ionic penetrant in pre-water and squeeze out the water before soaking. Add desizing enzyme to the mixing tank or machine, adjust the pH value before adding the enzyme, appropriately reduce the amount of enzyme for light fabrics, and use a suitable penetrant in the desizing process to get better results. The general dosage is 0.5-3g/L.

Four, matters needing attention:
Avoid unnecessary product contact. Wash your hands with warm water and soap every time you touch the product, and keep it out of the reach of children.
