Stone-washing enzyme | What to pay attention to when washing clothes

Stone-washing enzyme
Garment washing process refers to the use of some washing solvents to make semi-finished garments dimensionally stable and soft to the touch, as well as special color and texture effects through some manual processing and mechanical washing methods.
PART.01 GARMENT WASH
General washing is ordinary washing, but the washing that we are familiar with on weekdays is changed to mechanization. The water temperature is about 60°-90°C, and a certain amount of detergent is added. After about 15 minutes of ordinary washing, rinse with water and soften it. The agent is enough to make the fabric softer, more comfortable, and visually more natural and cleaner.
PART.02 Stone Washing / Stone Grinding
Stone washing is to add a certain size of pumice stone to the washing water to polish the pumice stone and the clothes. General washing or rinsing can be carried out before stone grinding, or rinsing can be carried out after stone grinding. After washing, the cloth surface is gray and old, and the clothes are slightly to severely damaged.
PART.03 ENZYME WASH
Enzyme is a cellulase, which can degrade the fiber structure under a certain pH value and temperature, so that the cloth surface can be warmly faded, dehaired (producing a "peach skin" effect), and lasting softness Effect. If the jeans are washed with pumice stone first and then with enzyme water after desizing, finer patterns will appear; if they are first washed with enzyme water and then washed with pumice stone, thicker patterns will appear.
PART.04 SAND WASH
For sand washing, use some alkaline and oxidative additives to make the clothes have a certain fading effect and old feeling after washing. It can make the fabric soft and soft after washing, so as to improve the wearing comfort.
PART.05 MOUSTACHE EFFECT
It's WHISKER, but WHISKER's statement is more professional. Cat whiskers are a type of hand sand (hand rub, HAND BRUSH), which is just ground into the shape of cat whiskers.
PART.06 Snow Wash
That is, frying snowflakes, is to soak the dry pumice stone with potassium permanganate solution, and then directly polish it with the clothes in a special rotary cylinder, and polish the clothes on the clothes through the pumice stone, so that the potassium permanganate oxidizes the friction points and makes the cloth surface Faded irregularly, forming white spots resembling snowflakes.
PART.07 DESTROY WASH
Damaged washing means that after the garments are polished with pumice stones and treated with additives, certain parts (bones, collar corners, etc.) are damaged to a certain extent, and the clothes will be obviously worn out after washing. It is often seen in the stir-frying, the fried snowflakes are more uniform and soft, and the frying-flakes are thicker and rougher!

The washing process is complex and has many parameters. It is necessary to wash a small sample before mass production to determine the best washing process. The washing effect can bring more added value to the clothing, and it also requires a lot of manpower and equipment. Sufficient washing time must be set aside when making a production plan.
