INTRODUCTION

DS-1580D is a special amino-modified, highly concentrated silicone oil emulsion with an excellent combination of smooth and soft feel, especially for soft finishing in the denim washing industry.

USAGE

EMULSIFICATION METHOD
1. Add 3~7 units of soft water or tap water to the container, then add 1 unit of DS-1580D and stir at room temperature until the silicone oil is completely dissolved.
2.Take a sample and check the appearance, the qualified product is a transparent microemulsion with blue light.
3. If used in the finishing of cotton, linen and their blended fabrics, it is recommended to add 3kg of glacial acetic acid per barrel of DS-1580D.
4. Filter with 200 mesh stainless steel mesh and then dispense and pack.

DOSAGE
Dipping and rolling method:
DS-1580D dilution 10-40g ∕ L

Impregnation method:
DS-1580D dilution 14% (o.w.f)

STORAGE & PACKAGE

STORAGE
Stored in a ventilated, dry room temperature environment. The product is valid for six months.

PACKAGE
120kg/ barrel,in plastic drum.
