INTRODUCTION

DS-535 is a silicone softener made of siloxane, polyamine and polyether polymerization, which has a new modified silicone chemical structure with multi-active functional groups.

The product can be stable in the working fluid without oil bleaching and sticky roll phenomenon. It can be used for the smooth and soft finishing of polyester, polyester-cotton, coral velvet and other fabrics, and can be used alone or in combination with other non-cationic softeners.

This product is suitable for processing cellulose fibers, synthetic fibers and their blends to improve and enhance the hand feel. Especially for polyester/cotton and polyester. The fabric finished by this product is without color change, soft and smooth to the touch;

USAGE

EMULSIFICATION METHOD
Add this crude oil DS-535, about 5% of T07 emulsifier and 1% of glacial acetic acid (both by weight to DS-535), stir for 10 minutes and start emulsifying slowly with water until reaching the desired concentration of a uniform emulsion that can be filtered out.

DOSAGE
Dipping and rolling method:
10~30g/L. One dip and one tie, with 80% liquid rate.

Impregnation method:
1~3% (o.w.f.), and treated at 30~50°C for 15~30min.

Notice：
1. The specific dosage and process should be adjusted according to the actual situation.
2. Avoid using water with too much hardness or alkaline to avoid affecting the processing quality.
3. When using impregnation method, dry the fabric as soon as possible after dehydration after treatment.
4. When using, should try to clean the residual alkali of the fabric.
