V8 is a concentrated multi-functional solid surfactant used in desizing, grinding and cleaning processes.It can be used to prevent all kinds of dyes (especially indigo) from dyeing back to the fabric.
It provides superior dispersion performance of making the pocket anti back staining agent brighter and making the contrast between blue and white better, especially when used on the color mixing fabrics. Besides, it is suatable to be used with acid enzyme and neutral enzyme in the denim washing process.
Under the same wash conditions and with the same amount of anti-back staining additives, we put a cotton, a polyester and a spandex denim pinned together in the washing machine. The left side of the photo above shows the test results with the addition of the same type of products from other companies, while the right side shows the results with our product V8.
As you can see, our product has outstanding anti-back staining effect in practical use, less dye staining back, and better performance on both fabrics. And by comparison, the spandex denim also did not have the problem of losing elasticity, and the protection of fabric elasticity was better.
It can be bathed with the enzyme or added to the enzyme powder to enhance the anti-back staining effect.
This product has a wide range of application temperature, with great anti-back staining effect from 20℃ to 60℃。
With excellent suspension and dispersion performance, it can provide strong suspension and clean washing function in the desizing and washing process, especially used for anti-back staining of mixed color (color woven fabric, printed fabric, color blocking garment) fabrics.

This product has good stability. It is resistant to acids and alkalis and electrolytes. And can be used with acid enzyme and neutral enzyme in the process.
When starch sizing and chemical sizing are removed from desizing, V8 for fabric weights of 0.5% to 2.0% is substituted for common detergent.
It can be used in cellulase enzyme washing to improve the blue-white contrast and the overall appearance of the garment. In general, the recommended dosage is 0.5%-2.0% of the fabric weight.
As V8 has excellent dispersing washing ability, it can be used for post-washing or printing soaping of various fabrics, especially for color mixing or color woven fabrics.
This product is non-toxic, non-hazardous, sealed in a ventilated, dry room temperature environment.
