APPLICATION

This product is a fully prepared ready-to-use product for jeans grinding.
It requires no additional additives, contains an anti-redeposition agent to ensure minimal re-deposition, and has a phosphate buffer system to ensure that pH values are maintained at 6-7 during abrasive washing.

At the end of the enzyme treatment, the garment should be thoroughly washed with detergent. To completely deactivate the residual enzyme, place the enzyme-treated garment in a solution of 1-2 g/l sodium carbonate (pH ≥ 10) and heat to 80°C (176°F) for 15 minutes.

STORAGE

Depending on the storage temperature, the enzyme will gradually lose its activity over time. It is recommended to use low temperature storage conditions. In a closed container at 25°C (77°F), the product will retain its set activity for at least three months. Extended storage and/or storage under adverse conditions, including high temperatures, may result in increased dosing.

Enzymes are proteins and inhalation of their dust or aerosol may cause sensitization and lead to allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Prolonged exposure to some enzymes can irritate the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. 

Wear appropriate protective clothing, gloves, and eye/face protection as specified on the warning label. Wash contaminated clothing.
